This programme works to support medical students in finding a summer internship, all with the aim of advancing their leadership, technical and interpersonal skills.

As highlighted by the GMC’s Outcomes for Graduates, all prospective doctors must be able to ‘work effectively within a multi-professional…. team,’ as well as demonstrate robust ‘communication techniques.’
